DJI Care Refresh can be tied to a DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
1. New and not activated;
2. Drones (Mavic, Phantom, Phantom, Spark, Inspire, Zenmuse) activated in the last 48 hours.
3. Portable device (OSMO, Ronin) activated in the last 30 days;
4. Repaired in an official DJI service center (within 72 hours of receiving the invitation by email);
5. Drones approved by video verification.
Every time you request a replacement, you must pay a small amount for replacement and receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
