You cannot control the drone using DJI RC Motion 3 alone, you need to pair it with DJI Goggles 3 headset.
COMPATIBILITY – Compatible with DJI Neo, DJI Avata 2, DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Air 3 and DJI Goggles 3. Keep in mind that DJI Motion 3 does not work with the DJI Goggles 2 and the integra goggles.
